Once you're thrilled with your itinerary, simply approve and securely authorize payment and get ready for an extraordinary travel experience. I'll handle the rest and provide you with updates along the way so you can relax.

Planning Fees

Once you decide to work with me to plan your amazing vacation, a non-refundable planning fee is required. This fee is not applied to your booking and covers the time, research, and expertise dedicated to creating your customized travel experience. The amount is based on the estimated time and complexity of your request.


Custom Trip Planning Fees (Per Small Group)

  • The Getaway (up to 7 days) – $100
    A quick escape to recharge and explore new surroundings.
  • The Journey (up to 14 days) – $200
    A deeper dive into culture, cuisine, and curated experiences.
  • The Expedition (up to 21 days) – $300
    An immersive adventure, crossing regions and creating lifelong memories.
  • The Odyssey (21+ days) – Let’s talk
    A grand, once-in-a-lifetime voyage designed just for you.


Individual Travel Components (Not Part of a Full Trip)

  • Domestic Airfare, Hotel, or Car Rental – $30
  • International Airfare – $50
